Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Items returned outside this window may not be accepted.
Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Gift sets must be returned complete and unopened.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@helloshugg.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@helloshugg.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
This policy applies to all Hello Shugg orders. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
