We want your Hello Shugg order to arrive beautifully and on time. Please read below for current shipping details — all information will be updated as the shop opens.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard shipping is available across Australia. Estimated delivery times vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. Express shipping options may be available for select items.
International Shipping
International shipping details will be available at launch. Sign up to be notified when the shop opens and international options are confirmed.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@helloshugg.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
